~I HATE TITLES~8/1/2006 IGNORANT XBOX PLAYERSSo... I have to vent some about a few xbox live players I've come across on COD2.
So, I am not exactly GREAT at the game myself. There are days where I KICK ASS and days where I may get 5 kills out of 15 deaths (yes, I know that's bad) It really varies on my day.
Luckily for me, I don't usually get bitched at much for sucking because they know I'M A CHICK. And get MUCHO Kudos when I kick ass.
However, I have a few friends on my list who honestly are ALWAYS bad at the game and I don't think will EVER truly learn how to play the game. But they HAVE FUN... and that's the point isn't it?
The first time I had an issue with this, I was in a lobby with 3 friends. One was the host (who is a kid) another one was an adult who is a very good player and the 3rd was an adult who truly sucks at the game. The 1st and 2nd friend are in a clan together. (well, were at the time) I'll refer to these ppl as the 1st 2nd and 3rd player.
The 3rd got a HORRIBLE score and the 2nd friend was on his team. We get back to the lobby and a friend of the 2nd was THROWING A FIT about how bad this person was and said he needed to be booted. The 2nd friend even through in there... dude, if you don't boot him then I'll kick you out of the clan. Now HOW childish is THAT? The poor kid, of course.. booted the player. so THEN I had to do some damage control and apologize to my friend for the rudeness of the others.
I then deleted the 2nd off my friends list and sent him an ugly message as to why. I of course kept the 1st on my list because he never complained... didn't say anything, and was just giving in to the bullying of the 2nd.
I've experienced stuff like this several times. It truly makes me sad. My most recent experience was last night..errr.. early this morning. .....
A really good friend of mine, WHO IS GOOD at the game... was at work. While he is at work, his roommate and friends play on his name. Well, he has a friend who was in a room with me and really hasn't played the game all that much... so he sucks. But we have fun and I really don't care.
We get to the lobby (THIS TIME I WAS THE HOST) and this person I don't know... starts THROWING A FIT.. cussing, calling names etc. What is WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? So I didn't even say anything and just booted the idiot. Well of course, he keeps coming back in... and I boot him before he can say anything. So finally he stops and sends me a voice message saying something like: Fuck you, you ignorant cunt.. bleh bleh blah.
Of course, I gave him bad rep and blocked communications from him. What is really sad, is that most of these people like that ARE ADULTS. I mean COME ON PEOPLE... GET A CLUE.

We aren't in a tournament, it isn't a competition.. ITS JUST FOR FUN. Some people REALLY take this game WAY TOO SERIOUSLY.
if you are one of those (not so great) players that I described here... I just want to say:
I am REALLY SORRY for the ignorance of some of our fellow gamers. Please just ignore the ignorance and have fun. I know its hard to ignore hurtful things that are said sometimes... but if you have to, just leave the room.. take a breath.. relax.. and go play somewhere else. Please don't be the one to argue back and start cussing and fighting. It will get you NO WHERE and just prove that you are as ignorant as they are.
And if you are one of those (IGNORANT) people I just described here today... I just have two things to say to you:
FUCK YOU! GET A LIFE!
Sheesh, I know that this problem will never go away... because there's nothing anyone can do about it. But .... as usual.. I just HAD TO VENT. Feel free to comment LOL 6/22/2006 ~ABOUT ME~

I'm looking for ideas... so feel free to post some if u have any.
